A cleaner way to work your inbox
The Messaging Inbox now matches the Win the Day aesthetic and makes missed calls impossible to lose.
What’s new
- Hero banner at the top of the page with one-click filters for All, Text, and Missed Calls
- Colored contact avatars with initials so conversations are easier to scan
- Stage pills on every row — see a contact’s stage and sub-stage (e.g. “Buyer / Hot Lead”) at a glance
- Missed call quick actions — when a conversation’s most recent event is a missed call, the pane shows Call Back and Send Text buttons so you can respond in one click
- Refined chat bubbles and a gold send button to match the rest of the Sure Send app
Everything you already had
All existing features — assignment, bulk actions, folder tabs, drafts, presence, the inbox sidebar, SMS / Email / Voice channel chips — still work exactly as before. This redesign is visual.
