Emails now appear in My Inbox

What’s New

My Inbox — the personal inbox for the signed-in user — now surfaces your emails next to your texts, missed calls, and voicemails. Any email synced from your connected mailbox shows up as an email conversation, grouped into threads the same way Gmail and Outlook group a back-and-forth.

  • Email threads appear in the main conversation list and under the Email tab.
  • Opening a thread shows the full back-and-forth (subject, sender, and message body) in the conversation pane.
  • Search matches email subject, sender, and body alongside your other channels.

Why It Matters

Until now My Inbox only showed messaging channels — your emails lived only on the contact’s record. Bringing them into the same personal feed means you can triage everything a lead has sent you in one place, without bouncing between the contact page and your inbox.

Note

My Inbox shows your synced emails read-only. To reply by email, use the Reply by email action in the conversation, which opens the contact’s email composer and sends from your connected mailbox.
