What’s New
When you apply an automation to a group of contacts from a smart list, you can now pick a send rate instead of enrolling everyone at once:
- 10 per hour
- 30 per hour
- 50 per day
- 100 per day
Pick a rate and Sure Send queues the whole list, then enrolls contacts gradually at that pace until everyone has been through the automation. Leave the rate on All at once to keep the previous behavior.
This keeps a 5,000-contact campaign from landing on your team in one burst — agents get a manageable stream of replies and follow-ups they can actually keep up with.
