Connect AgentFire to Sure Send

The AgentFire integration adds an AgentFire tab to your contact records, so you can view and manage your AgentFire website leads without leaving Sure Send: import contacts to your site, assign agents, browse MLS listings, and set up saved-search alerts.

Before You Begin

IMPORTANT: This setup uses TWO different keys. Mixing them up is the most common reason the connection fails.

Step 1: Contact AgentFire

Email [email protected] and ask them to activate the Sure Send integration for your account. Ask how they would like to receive your Sure Send API token, and follow their instructions when you send it.

Step 2: Create a Sure Send API Token

  1. Type API Tokens in the search bar at the top of Sure Send and select it. You can also go to Settings > Integrations & API > API Tokens.
  2. Click New Token.
  3. Name the token AgentFire and set Scope to Team Scope (Team-wide access). The expiration date is optional. Leave it empty if you don't want the token to expire.
  4. Click Create Token, then copy the token and store it somewhere safe. It is shown only once. After you click Done, you can't view it again.
  5. Send the token to AgentFire using the method they gave you in Step 1. AgentFire will then activate the integration and send you a separate AgentFire API key.

Step 3: Turn On the AgentFire Widget

  1. Type Integrations in the search bar and select it.
  2. Under Integration Partner Widgets, click Browse Widgets.
  3. Find AgentFire and turn the toggle on. The widget is enabled for your whole team.

Step 4: Enter Your AgentFire API Key

  1. Open any contact and click the AgentFire tab. If you don't see it, scroll the tab row sideways.
  2. Paste the AgentFire API key (the one AgentFire sent you) into Please enter API key and click Save.

Do not paste your Sure Send API token here. This field only accepts the AgentFire API key. If you enter the Sure Send token, you will see "Network error, please try again later" and the connection will not work.

That's it. The AgentFire tab is now connected.

Troubleshooting

"Network error, please try again later" when saving the key. This usually means the Sure Send API token was entered in the AgentFire tab. Enter the key AgentFire sent you instead. If you haven't received it yet, contact [email protected].

Lost your Sure Send token? Tokens can't be viewed again after creation. Revoke the old one on the API Tokens page, create a new one, and send it to AgentFire.
