Product Updates & Releases
The Follow Up Boss integration now brings each contact's relationships over as typed links instead of dropping them, on the first import and on every sync after it. A backfill fills them in for accounts that connected earlier, without redoing the import.
Read more →Voice setup now configures mobile incoming-call notifications for customer-supplied Twilio accounts.
Read more →Confirm you have permission to contact someone as you add them as a relationship, and see or change that permission later on their contact record.
Read more →One list surface for companies — views as tabs, multi-select filters as chips, and columns you can drag.
Read more →Two rows naming two different people with different email addresses used to import as one contact when they shared a household phone number, and re-importing the missing person merged them back together. They now import as two contacts.
Read more →A row that listed the same phone number in Phone and Phone 2 was imported with only its name, email and first phone, and reported as added. The repeat is now ignored and the rest of the row imports. A row that cannot be saved now appears in the error list instead of as a partial add.
Read more →An account whose A2P brand was cleared by a retry could show "Registration Complete!" over a brand that no longer existed, with no way to resubmit — texting silently stayed off.
Read more →Contract writes now report unsupported fields and failed stage changes instead of returning misleading success.
Read more →Partner API email sends can now include custom headers such as List-Unsubscribe for one-click unsubscribe.
Read more →A missed Rollout ready-signal can no longer leave a CRM connection spinning on Sync Queued with no way to start the import.
