What you can do here
Enrichment credits: Enrich contact records with additional data
Use enrichment credits to look up publicly available information about a contact. You need a phone number or a street address on the record to run enrichment against. Email-only records cannot be enriched. The system uses that data point to find and return additional contact information such as other phone numbers, email addresses, and validated address details. One credit is used per lookup. Lookups that fail with an error are not charged. Learn more about Enrichment Credits.
Contact scoring credits: Check contact data quality
Contact scoring runs a third-party data quality check on a contact's phone number and email address. It returns a quality grade for each, helping you identify which records have valid, reachable contact information. One credit is used per contact scored. Results are cached for 30 days, so rescoring the same contact within that window does not use another credit. Learn more about Contact Scoring Credits.
SMS credits: Send automated and scheduled text messages
SMS credits are used when Sure Send sends a text for you automatically or at a scheduled time. Texts you send yourself right away do not use SMS credits. One credit is used per text, per recipient. See the full list in SMS Credits.
AI credits: Power AI-assisted features across the platform
AI credits fuel features like AI chat, call summaries, Smart Lists built from a plain-English description, and CMA narratives in Connect. Credits are used based on the complexity of each interaction. Paid plans include a monthly allotment of AI credits that refreshes on your subscription anniversary date. Learn more about AI Credits.
Email credits: Send emails through the Sure Send deliverability suite
If you use Sure Send's built-in deliverability suite (rather than your own connected provider like Google, Outlook, or SendGrid), each sent email uses one email credit. This applies to all emails sent through the managed provider, including manual sends, automation emails, and newsletter campaigns. Teams sending through their own connected provider do not use email credits for those messages. Learn more about Email Credits.
Good to know
The Credits page is only accessible to Owner accounts. Admins and Members cannot view or manage credits. The same applies to Billing. Credits are purchased separately from your subscription and are shared by your whole team. You can monitor your balance and configure auto top-up for each credit type from the Credits page so your team never runs out unexpectedly.
Cost per credit: the current cost per credit for each credit type is shown on its card under Your Credit Types on the Credits page.
Reading your Credits page: Credits Breakdown at the top shows what you have, split into Included (from your plan) and Purchased. Your Credit Types below is where you buy credits and set up auto top-up. A credits-expiring-soon notice on AI Credits is normal, because plan credits renew every month.
Other credit types at 0: you may see other credit types listed at 0 under Credits Breakdown. They belong to features that are not active on your account, so there is nothing to buy or manage.
